中野 レンガ坂 「vivo daily stand」 バルの定番ウフマヨを自家製マヨネーズで 東京 （Tokyo Nakano Bar ）口コミ
この日はJR中野駅界隈を散歩がてらブラブラと。お目当ては、南口にある「レンガ坂」のバル巡りです。最近、人気のスポットのようです。pm16:00から一気に色々な店をはしごします。
「vivo daily stand」へ。フレンチデリとワインを楽しむことが出来るバルです。この店は、都内を中心に15店舗程展開中ですね。中野店は本店です。
メニューは、ワインに合うデリが中心になります。しかも、全てのメニューは400円とリーズナブルです。16時ですでに満席でした！常連客の方が多いようですね。
当然ワインをすすめていただきましたが、私はまず、生ビール（黒ラベル）とウフマヨを注文。
半熟卵にマヨネーズをかけただけの超シンプルな料理ですが、これ大好きなんです！マヨネーズの味が決め手となります。※正式名称はウッフ マヨネーズ（oeuf maiyonnaise）ウッフはフランス語で卵の意味です
自家製のマヨネーズはあまり酸味が強くありません。
黒胡椒と塩がかなり効いています。口の中がジャリジャリするぐらい。
欲を言えば、もう少し卵が温かかったらなぁ。でも、とても美味しかったです！また訪れたい店です。

Homemade mayonnaise is not very acidic.

Le magasin Nakano en est le siège Il semble qu’il y ait plus de clients réguliers. Nous avons naturellement recommandé le vin, mais j’ai d’abord commandé de la bière pression (étiquette noire) et Le nom officiel est Uff Mayonnaise (oeuf maiyonnaise) Uff est le sens de l’oeuf en français
La mayonnaise faite maison n’est pas très acide.
Le poivre noir et le sel sont assez efficaces, il est sur le point d’être joyeux en bouche.
J’aimerais avoir un œuf chaud un peu plus, c’est un très bon! C’est un magasin que je voudrais visiter.
