高知「屋台安兵衛」サックサク餃子！（Kochi Gyoza Yatai）口コミ
高知の夜の〆は「屋台安兵衛」へ。高知にくることがあったら、ここも必ず来たかった店なのです。〆に餃子？は、高知じゃ当たり前のようです。
飲屋街の裏通りの空き地、駐車スペースみたいな所に、大きなテントで営業している店です。この一画だけが妙に活気ありますね。
カウンター席とテーブル席、敷地の真ん中にはビール箱を積み上げた立ち飲み席があります。21時過ぎですが既に満席。4組待っています。折角なので並びましょう。
30分ぐらいで席に通されました。回転率は悪くありません。次から次へとお客さんがきます。大人気、大繁盛店の店です。
メニューはシンプルです。餃子とラーメン、おでんしかありません。
まずは餃子を5枚注文。もちろん瓶ビールでいただきます。
餃子は小ぶりです。揚げてあるのかな？いや違うな。多めの油で焼いてあるのか？どちらでもいいですが、サックサク！軽い！美味い！餃子では初めての食感です。小ぶりなので何個でも食べられます。
餡も野菜多めで、意外とアッサリとしています。ニンニクは効いています。〆に餃子、納得しました。 高知の食、恐るべし。また是非来たい店です。
