横浜中華街「接筵（せつえん）」名物スープチャーハン（Yokohama Chinese）口コミ
この日は天気がいいので、足を延ばして横浜中華街までやってきました。
横浜に来るのは、本当に久しぶりです！
目的は「接筵（せつえん）」。 テレビでも、よく取り上げられる人気の店です。
ここは何を食べても美味しい！と、食にうるさい友人が言っていたので、楽しみです。
店の場所は、「関帝廟通り」を入って、すぐの所にありました。
なんと、大行列です！泣。しかし、ここまで来たからには食べて帰りますよ！
大体、2時間くらい並びました。
あり得ない。。
やはりテレビで紹介された影響は凄いですね。めちゃくちゃ混んでいます。
注文したのは、スープチャーハン（高菜）、麻婆豆腐、青椒肉絲、そして瓶ビール2本です。
周りの他のお客さん達も、ほとんど同じ料理を食べいます。 人気メニューのようです。
店内はお母さん2人が対応。大行列なのにマイペース。友達ん家で食事しているようです。店内はアットホームな雰囲気です。
混んでいるから仕方ないのですが、注文した料理が出てくるのが遅かったです。
こちらは青椒肉絲。
生姜のアクセントが絶妙でいいですね。味付けも丁度よく、美味しいです。
ピーマンとタケノコの食感もいい！火の通りも丁度いい感じですね。
麻婆豆腐、見た目辛そうですね！
山椒がかなり効いていて、痺れます！すごく辛い！でも、すごく美味いです！
たった一口で口の中が痺れてきました。一瞬で毛穴から一気に汗が噴き出てきました。汗だくです。
この店の人気メニュー！名物のスープチャーハン（高菜）です。
フカヒレもありましたが、店員さんが、高菜がオススメと教えてくれました。
卵のチャーハンに、鶏のささみと高菜が入ったスープを注いでいます。高菜の辛味と酸味のバランスがいいです。スープチャーハンですね、サラサラと食べられます。
雑炊みたいな、お茶漬けのような、そんな感じの料理ですね。
最後の〆に食べるのにはいいかもしれませんね。

Comme il fait beau ce jour-là, j’ai étendu mes jambes et je suis allé à Yokohama Chinatown.
Venir à Yokohama est vraiment il y a longtemps! Le but est “l’attachement”. Même à la télévision, c’est un magasin populaire qui peut être acheté fréquemment.
C’est délicieux ce que tu manges ici! Et j’avais hâte, comme l’a dit un ami bruyant.
L’emplacement de la boutique était à proximité immédiate après l’entrée de “Seongeon Temple Street”. Quelle grande rangée! Pleurs. Cependant, je mangerai après mon arrivée!
Presque, il s’est arrangé pour environ 2 heures.

Après tout, l’influence présentée à la télévision est incroyable. Il y a tellement de monde. Nous avons commandé du riz sauté, du tofu miso, de la sauce au poivre et deux bouteilles de bière.
Les autres clients autour de moi mangent presque le même plat. Cela semble être un menu populaire.
Deux mamans correspondent dans la boutique. Même si c’est une grosse rangée mon rythme. Il semble que je dîne chez mon ami. L’intérieur du magasin est une atmosphère accueillante.
Il n’y a pas d’autre choix car il y a beaucoup de monde, mais il était tard pour commander la vaisselle.
Ceci est la viande de poivron rouge.
J’aime l’accent exquis du gingembre. L’assaisonnement est très bien et c’est savoureux.
De meilleurs poivrons verts et pousses de bambou sont également bons! La rue du feu est exactement la même. Le tofu Mabo, il a l’air épicé, n’est-ce pas!
Le poivre est assez efficace et devient engourdi! C’est très douloureux! Mais c’est très bon!
Dans ma bouche ma bouche a commencé à devenir engourdie. La sueur soufflait en un instant loin des pores. Je transpire. Menu populaire de ce magasin! C’est un fameux riz frit à la soupe.
Il y avait aussi un aileron de requin, mais le greffier m’a appris que Taka le recommande.
J’ai versé du riz aux œufs frits avec une soupe contenant des ciseaux de poulet et de l’âge. Le goût piquant et acide des balles est bon. C’est un riz frit, vous pouvez le manger avec du lait.
Cela ressemble à un biscuit, à l’ochazuke, c’est un tel plat.
Il peut être agréable de manger à la fin des repas.
