神戸市北区 饂飩「八間蔵」天麩羅&きつねうどん （Kobe Udon）口コミ
今日は実家の近くにある、うどん屋「八間蔵」へ。 街道沿い、神戸市北区の方にポツンとあります。
蔵をイメージした建物で、すごく雰囲気がある作りです。 昼時は、いつも平日でも待っている人が結構います。地元で人気のうどん屋です。
うどん以外のメニューもあり、関東煮や天麩羅、ドリンクにはお酒も充実しているらしいので、軽く呑みながら飯を頂く事に。
店内は木の温もりが感じられ、開放感のある店内です。出汁の甘い香りが漂っています。
写真では上手く伝わりませんが、夜はライトアップされていてとても雰囲気がよく綺麗です。
大きな窓の向こうには竹やぶが見えるカウンター席があります。
座るなら、竹藪が見えるカウンター席が落ち着けてオススメと思いました。
店内に入ると、出汁のいい香りが漂っています。
入り口近く、すぐ目に入ってくるのは、関東煮の大きな鍋です。
インテリアにもなって雰囲気がいいですね。しかし、入り口付近で人が出入りする場所なので、埃が入らないか、少し心配になりました。まぁ、私は気にならないので大丈夫です。
最後に〆にきつねを注文。大きな油揚げが1枚のってます。甘辛い出汁がよく染みていますね。
伊勢うどんほど柔くはありませんが、讃岐ほどのコシはないような気がします。でも、とてもうどんは美味しいです。
他にも定番のカレーうどんや、変わったのでは、スジころうどん等がありますよ。
スジコロうどんは「八間蔵」の人気メニューです。
きつねうどんの出汁は美味しくて全部飲み干しました。 うどんはどれもお勧めです。

I recommend everything for noodles.
Vers le magasin de nouilles où se trouve aujourd’hui près de la maison de ses parents un “entrepôt pour huit”. Dans le sens où c’est Kita-ku, Kobe-shi le long d’une autoroute, seul, si j’ai ça.
C’est le rendre merveilleux et avec une ambiance au bâtiment où un entrepôt a été imaginé. Il y a aussi une personne qui attend toujours dans un jour de la semaine, à midi. C’est un magasin de nouilles populaire au niveau local.
La liqueur a également le menu à part les nouilles, et semble également enrichie en légumes cuits et boulettes de poisson à la manière de Kanto, tempura et une boisson, donc elle reçoit un aliment tout en buvant légèrement.
La chaleur du bois est ressentie et se trouve dans le magasin avec une sensation d’ouverture dans le magasin. Le doux parfum du bouillon flotte.

Mais une personne était l’endroit où il appelait souvent autour de l’entrée, la poussière devenait un peu inquiète si vous n’y entrez pas. Oh, je pense que la personne qui n’est pas intéressée va bien.
Un renard est commandé de bout en bout. 1 de gros tofu frit mince est mentionné. Le bouillon aigre-doux trempe souvent, n’est-ce pas?
Les nouilles Ise ne sont pas molles, mais un bas du dos comme Sanuki ne l’est pas vraiment. Mais je pense que les nouilles sont bonnes. Les nouilles au curry qui sont aussi une base dans d’autres et, lorsqu’elles changent, j’en ai environ un quart. Le bouillon de soupe aux nouilles kitsune était bon et tout était saoul. Je recommande tout pour les nouilles.
