神戸北区「焼肉亭」 希少部位がリーズナブルな焼肉店！ （Kobe Yakiniku-tei）口コミ
今日は良く行く、地元神戸にある「焼肉亭」へ。牛を一頭買いしているので、希少部位がリーズナブルに食べられる焼肉店です。彼此15年近く通ってます。
ここは、店員さんの接客が最高にいいです。バイトさんに至るまで教育が行き届いていますね。
本日のオススメメニューやその焼き方、食べ方を教えてくれるのは勿論の事、何より笑顔と元気があり気持ちよく食事ができるのです。
まずは生センを。瓶ビールを飲みながらいただきます。コリコリで歯応えがいいですね。少し酸味のあるチョジャンで頂きました。
牛たんの塩焼き。ぷりっぷり！弾力があります！あまり焼き過ぎず、レアが好みです。タンはレモン汁でいただきます。
塩上ミノは肉厚です！サクサク！ジューシー！食べ応えあります。ミノはよく焼くほうがいいですね。こちらもレモン汁でいただきます。 美味しい！
焼きしゃぶ。これはサッと焼くだけでOK！口に入れたらすぐに無くなってしまいます。油が乗ってますが重くない！柔らかい！
これは何枚でも食べられます。こちらはポン酢と大根おろしで頂きました。
つぼ漬けハラミは、この店のおススメです！必ず頼んだ方がいいでしょう。こちらの店は、つぼ漬け焼肉の発祥と言われています。看板メニューなので、必ずいつも注文します。
すごくボリュームのある肉で、焼いたらハサミで切り分けます。柔らかい！甘みのあるタレと大葉で味付けがしてあります。香りがすごくいいです。ご飯に乗せて食べたくなり、大盛りご飯を追加注文しました。
塩ハラミ、テッチャン、冷麺をさらに追加注文して、これで本日は終了。ご馳走様。少し食べ過ぎました。

This store has a very good customer service. The staff ‘s education is perfect. Today’s recommended menu, how to bake, how to eat, as well as telling me . They are smiling and energetic, I can eat very pleasantly.
First of all, it is full of raw senmai. Texture is really freshly. With Bottled beer. Raw senmai is more tough to chew. I got it in Cho Chun with a little sour.
Salt tongue. Juicy! Do not bake too much and at rare. With lemon juice.
Mino on salt. Thick! Juicy! There is a response to eaten. This Mino has very nice texture. With lemon juice too.
Just bake quickly OK! If you put it in your mouth, it will be lost soon. Oil is on board but it is not heavy! soft! I can get many pieces. This was gotten with Ponzu and Japanese radish.
You should definitely ask for a Harami seasoned with a pot. This store is said to be the birthplace of a Meat seasoned with a pot. You have to ask a signboard menu.
There is a volume! soft! It is seasoned with sweet sauce and leaves. I smell sweet. I asked for lots of rice.
We asked for replacement and Salt Harami, Motsu, cold noodles . I ate too much.
