今日は恵比寿で大人飲みです。恵比寿にある「ダルマット」。
恵比寿駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある隠れ家的なお店です。
1年ぶりの再訪です。食事は地下で、食後のデザートとコーヒーは1Fのラウンジで提供されます。
メニューはといと、おまかせコースのみです。それしかありません。どんな料理が出てくるのか、それも楽しみの１つです。
乾杯はビールにしましたが、2杯目からはハウスワインを。食事時間内なら1,500円で白・赤飲み放題なのです（途中で変えても可）。ついつい飲みすぎてしまいます。
恵比寿「ダルマット」のおすすめメニューは？
おすすめの食べるべきメニューは、季節のフルーツを使った冷製パスタです。今日は苺のパスタでした。トマトとミントで味付けされています。
苺の甘みと、胡椒は意外に合います。30gと少量なので瞬殺で食べ終わりました。私としては丼で欲しいぐらいですね。
後で、温かいパスタも出てきます。今日はウニパスタでした。こちらは量が選べます。
前菜から魚料理、肉料理、温かいパスタ、全て一皿一皿が季節を感じられる料理です。お洒落で、女子が好きそうな感じです。料理もどれも丁寧です。
最後は1階に移動し、デザートをいただきます。私はティラミスとカプチーノを。明かりも薄暗く雰囲気もいいです。
サービスもよく、気軽に食べて飲めるいい店ですね。料理も美味しいですし、お勧めの店です。

Today I’m drinking adults in Ebisu. “Dalmat” in Ebisu. It is a retreat-like shop located about 5 minutes on foot from Ebisu station. It is a revisit for the first time in a year. Meals are in the basement, after-meal desserts and coffee are served in the 1F lounge.
The menu is only for the Random Course. That’s it. What kind of dish will come out, it is one of the pleasure.
We made a toast for beer, but from the second cup, we have a house wine. If it is within mealtime it is all you can drink white / red at 1,500 yen (it can be changed on the way).
I drink too much. The recommended menu to eat is cold pasta using seasonal fruits.
Today was a strawberry pasta. It is seasoned with tomato and mint. The sweetness of strawberries and pepper unexpectedly match. I finished eating with a brief moment because it is a small amount of 30 g. I would like a bowl for me.
Later, warm pasta comes out. Today was Unipasta. You can choose the amount here.
Fish dishes, meat dishes, warm pasta from the appetizers, all dishes are dishes where you can feel the season. It is fashionable, I feel like girls like it. Every dish is polite. Lastly, I will go to the first floor and have dessert. I am tiramisu and cappuccino.
The lights are dim. Service is also good, it is a nice store to eat and drink easily. The food is also delicious and is a recommended shop.
